An unsual event took placein class I C of animal school in asylum.
Mrs.Kitty someone stole the entire monthly salary she just got and kept in her purse.
Mrs. Kitty was very sad andsecretly wiped away tears. When everyone animals was already in the classroom ater the break between classes, Mrs. Kitty told in a breaking voice:
My dear kids. I did not know that among you there was a thief or a group of tieves. I feel very sad and sick because of it. Theft is hurting another person, sometimes very tragic in consequences , both for what was robbed and for the thief.
An older wolf with no fron leg wasgiven a high-value banknote by his sister for his birthday. The sister wanted contribute to themoney thatthe wolf collected for prosthesis oft he leg. Ufortunately, someone who was also at the wolf’s birthday ball noticed this. He tracked downwhere the wolf hid the money and stole all his savings. The old wolf was very despairing. He went to the meadow, found the poisonous herb and ate it, wanted do die.Fortunately, he ate too little of this herb and only had a bad stomach ache and fainted from the pain. Wanted, found, taken to hospital. When he felt better, he told the doctors everything. The prosecutor an the police were called, the police initiated an investigation. It turnedout that the money was stolen from wolf by two chefs who were preparing birthday dishes for guests. They gotinto an argument and got into a fight while splitting the money among themselves. This row wasseen by others and someone reported it to the police. They had to give money back to the wolf. Also they got three yearsin prison for punishment. Their wives and children were very ashamed and left them. No one wanted to take them work anymore either.
Maybe you’ve heard two such vise words. First: A thief’s hat burns. Second: Stolen does not fatten.
Then the tiger girl Nun asked: Did someone steal something from you? Why are you so sad ?
Fyfy the pig supported her: Please tell us hat happened !
There was a poignant silence in the classroom. And in a moment everyone heard weeping of new students: poodle Daisy and coc Bac. They were the saddest because they were very happy to go to school and they liked everyone in the class.
Mrs. Kitty said : Someone stole my wallet from my purse with all the money I got today for working at school. I do not know what I will live on for a whole month, what to buy food for, how to pay for housing, electricity, gas and water. It mus thave happened on a break, when we went out for a run in the air. Iturned the key in the door lock wrong and it was open. Or I locked it well, but someone opened it with a spout.
Anyway, I turned out that the door was open and there was no wallet in my purse, which I left under the desk.
At this point, the dog Trolly broke the silence of the students: It’s all horrible and outrageous !Iwantto do everything to find the thief ! I have a very goodsense of smell. I found out that the thief smells bad.It couldn’t have been someone from our class, because I can’t smell that smell here. I would liketo ask you lady, let me small your purse. I wish I could get out of here now and be in all the classrooms and in the corridor. I will definitely smell thief. The smell of your purse that touches will also guide me.
Now the tiger Mun began to speak: Allow me to join Trolly. I have very good eyesight and hearing. I you, lady give us the armbands of paramedics on duty now ! We can walk around the classrooms supposedly checkif everyone is clean and healthy.
Mrs. Kitty said: I’m thrilled with your idea. I’ll give you the armbands in a moment. Let Kay the monkey join you, he will be a wise and clever detective !
Trolly, Mun and Kay willingly and energatically after a while left the classroom and the other students applaudet them for encouragement.
Now Fyfy the pig asked: Please explain to us how understand the saying: A thief’s hat burns.
Mrs. Kitty explained: Along time ago, a boy stole an importantthing and though that no one would find out that he was a thief, becouse there were many others boys at the place of the theft. The techer told the boys to put on their jackets and hats and stand in a row, because they were about to go for a short walk. As the boys did so, the techer suddenly shouted: A thief’s hat burns! And then this thief boy, in terror, threw off his hat while the others boys looked around. And so it turned out immediately who the thief was.
This means that the thief can and must be detected by deception, by surprise. It alsomeans that the thief
will sooner or later reveal that the stole something. For example, he will want to sellwhathe stole, or he will show it off someone… I think that this is where we will end the lessons today. Now you will go to the canteen for lunch. in three hours we’ll all be here to find out if our detectives have found out who stole my money.

*****

After three hours, the animals from IC and Mrs. Kitty met again in the classroom. Everyone was expecting with tension what would happen next.
The classroom door opened and Mr.Jeremy came in first. He was smilling and holding a large bouquet of red roses.
Followed by threeof our detectives, Trolly the dog, Mun the tiger and Kay the monkey. They had triumphfant faces.
Behin them , Mrs. Susy entered, leadingtwo unknown foxes on leashes. The foxes had their heads down and their faces were very embarrassed.
Behind them came Andre, Elon’s older brother, a zoopsychology student. In one hand he was holding a strange, rather large box, and in other hand he waved a cheerful wallet wrapped in a red ribbon.
Mr. Jeremy handed the roses to Mrs. Kitty and kissed her hand. Andre bowed and handed Mrs. Kitty her wallet. Mrs. Kitty was very touched, she had tears in her eyes. She sain thank you very much and kissed both of them on the cheecks.
Now the foxes began to speak : Madame, we stole your wallet . We are very ashamed. We’ve already spent some ofyour money. We’ll work them out in prison. And then, please, accept us as students in your class.
Mrs. Kitty did not approach the foxes. All loked at them with mixture of anger, pity and curiosity.
Now started talking Andre: There are ants in this box. I will now let the queen of ants go and she will explain everything.
On the Andrea’s finger queen of ants sat down and he gave her a microphone so that everyone could hear what she said: As you know, some of the students in our class I A are abroad as students Insecr Space Agency. We contact them via the internet. These wild foxes have a hole near our anthill and follow us. These foxes peruaded us to lie. They told us to tell our friends from ISA that the key to the lock in the door to your classroom was lost. We sent a photo of the lock to our friends and they sent us instructions on how to open it. Foxes found out that today madamr Kitty will get aearnings for work. They promised us that they would buy us a new router and treats with a piece of stolen money. They snuck in here with us while you were on your intercourse break. We opened the door lock and the foxes stole the wallet. Imediately afterwards, we escaped. We are very ashamed that we did so. Now we will also serve time in prison.
Andre put the queen back in the box and said: The insects from ISA sen me an email askingme to help the ants open the lock. Therefore, I came to theasylum. But it was too late, this crime occurred.
Trolly the dog explained that his senseof smell had led him to the foxe’s hole. They caught foxes sharing stolen money from.
Mun the tiger told how he put the foxes handcuffs on their front paws.
Then Kay the monkey told how he made the foxes tell who opened the lock door.
Everyone listeded to the detective stories and asked for details.
Then the foxes and ants were taken to prison. Mr. Jeremy and Mrs. Kitty saidgodbye to the animals and told them to go home.
Soon everyone atthe asylum found out about this theft. This event is also described in the school chronicle and in the asylum newspaper. There was no end to the comments.
