OLD HEART OF GARDEN, HEART OF MAN ———————————

In a forgotten, old, niece garden
Trees wither, dry up, approach death
As of an old man half-sleep thoughts
He unhealthy already, abandoned

On tree patent trunks climbs
Ivy, hops, wild wine
Like an old man’s memories
Protecting him and compelling

Overgrown spreading of trees branches
Unsupported, bend, break
Just like intentions, plans, dreams
Once bold, joyful, now decayed

A little river between trees flows
Fly over it silver-wings dragonflies
Drains away yellow leaves hence
Flute by breeze knocked down

Dragonflies like news,like smiles
Leave as hopes, thought’s shadow
Breeze like passage of time
River as heart of garden, of man

Trough river, someone built a bridge
Wooden,strong, nice, intricate
There he dreamed, pondered
Walked with fiancee, with their kids

They greeted birds on the trees
That here their grandfather planted
Birds sedentary, birds migratory
These people had leave this place

Trough bridge passes someone
Sometimes locking for something
Old heart of garden, heart of man
Is still alive,he’s missing, he dreams
